First version of this project was built for Contao version 3. Later was developed version for Contao 4.
Aplication is in use upgraded to latest Contao 4 LTS version.
Contao CMS School management system application to manage the details of students and teachers, set up assignments and student class timetable. School management software allows schools to manage all aspects of school administration and to easily communicate with every member and to share documents.
Project is divided in 3 sections. In Contao admin section personel create Student groups, change status of student groups. Import list of students to system. Confirm students final work.
Teacher section provide communication with students, sharing students documents for student groups, managing students final work. Timetables for students lectures and personnel for each date and time.
Students see their personal informations, see times for lectures, download lecture documents, communicate with teachers and school personnel.
Defining termins is devided in two steps. In top sections are selected dates for Lecture termins and in second step is selected available time for selected School group. In second step is defined Lecture name and person who will make presentation.
Students in their personal section only see list of lectures which are related to their students group.
